Qualifications

• Strong interest in art, culture, and creative industries.
• Experience in marketing, business development, or sales (arts or education industry is an advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with both creative work and client-facing responsibilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English (Mandarin is an advantage for bilingual communication).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for art courses, workshops, exhibitions, and special events.
• Build and develop products and workshops.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, liaise with clients and collaborators for art programmes and events.
• Support exhibition marketing, artist collaborations, and gallery events.
• Assist with on-site events, launches, and workshops when needed.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Arts Management, Communications, or related fields
