Job summary

A leading eyewear brand is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee sales strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver training sessions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of field sales experience in related industries, strong negotiation skills, and be willing to travel extensively. Qualifications

We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager who will report to an Area Manager and be part of our dynamic Sales Team for assigned markets in Southeast Asia (excluding Singapore). This role is responsible for overseeing and growing the Maui Jim brand across these markets.
How you will contribute
Sales & Brand Strategy
  • Deliver and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ensure achievement of targets in line with set plans.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand in assigned markets.
  • Contribute to defining development strategies for assigned markets.
  • Support the launch of new collections and maintain a continuous flow of replenishments.
Customer Relationship & Business Development
  • Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Partner with customers to identify growth potential and enhance brand presence in their stores.
Training & Marketing Support
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for customers on the brand, product knowledge, and marketing activities.
  • \ team to implement impactful marketing initiatives.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
  • Ensure adequate assortment and stock levels at points of sale.
  • Verify that Visual Merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and distribution strategy.
  • >Reporting
    • Provide accurate and timely reporting on store visits, customer feedback, sell‑out performance, and stock analysis.
    Who you are
    • Preferred with Diploma or University Degree
    • Min 5‑years of experience in sales on‑the‑field
    • eyewear is preferred; fashion, luxury, cosmetics, FMCG environments are a plus
    • Solid sales background with exposure to Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising execution
    • Available to travel based on business needs up to 75%
    • Excel and Power Point skills
    • English language (bahasa / tagalog / vietnamese are a plus)
