As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple outlets and support the Head of Operations in driving operational excellence, people performance, and business results.
This role is structured as a career progression pathway to Operations Manager, offering exposure to multi-outlet leadership, cost control, manpower optimisation, and strategic operations management.
Oversee daily operations across assigned outlets to ensure smooth execution and consistency.
Work closely with ground teams to maintain strong working relationships and operational discipline.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food quality standards, and service guidelines.
Drive achievement of sales targets while managing costs effectively.
Monitor outlet performance and prepare routine/monthly sales reports with recommendations for business improvement.
Lead manpower planning, staff deployment, and productivity management.
Monitor staff performance and conduct performance evaluations.
Coach, motivate, and develop teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Enforce hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across all assigned outlets.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) rules and regulatory requirements.
Act as Duty Manager when required, responding to emergency calls and implementing corrective actions promptly.
Escalate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Support management initiatives and operational improvement projects.
Take on expanded responsibilities in preparation for progression to Operations Manager.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in the F&B or related industry.
Strong leadership skills with sound analytical and decision-making abilities.
Good working knowledge of SFA regulations and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage multiple outlets in a fast-paced environment.
