Responsibilities

• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project.
• Resolve drawings discrepancy.
• Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications.
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer, and M&E engineer.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling and cost control.
• Assist Project Manager to develop project requirements.
• Attend construction site coordination meetings.
• Review project specifications and construction drawings.
• Carry out daily supervision of architectural implementations.
• Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals.
• Liaise with RTO for inspections and monitor rectifications.
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with the Project Plan.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and supervise work progress.
• Conduct routine inspections of installed works.

• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project
• Resolve drawings discrepancy
• Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• To assist Project Manager to develop project requirements and specifications
• To attend to construction site coordination works and meeting
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works
• To liaise with RTO for inspection
• Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications
• Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
• Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress
• Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works
• Prepare / coordinate on method statement, drawings, materials, samples, work progress and other relevant documents for M&E related works
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural ID, Architectural and client provision
