Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant project management experience in Singapore (architectural/façade preferred).
• Experience in subcontractor management and design coordination for medium/large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with BCA codes, WSH regulations, and local statutory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of façade and architectural works.
• Develop full project plans covering scope, budget, and schedule.
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with consultants and site teams.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and compliance.
