A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Executive/Senior Architectural Executive. This role involves coordinating with consultants, preparing construction documents, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Candidates must hold a registrable degree and have relevant experience, with a preference for those who have handled large contracts. The ideal applicant will possess strong leadership skills and experience from design to project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience for Architectural Executive and 5 years for Senior Architectural Executive.
• Experience in administering building contracts of at least $100M is advantageous.
• Rail experience is a plus.

About the job Architectural Executive/Senior Architectural Executive

• Coordinates with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters;
• Works with the Project Team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings
• Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team
• Directing the Technical Officer on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations
• Assist the Associate in all coordination works, provide leadership and co-ordinate the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives

Requirements

• Registrable Degree with Board of Architects Singapore
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience forArchitectural Executive and 5 years relevant experience for SeniorArchitectural Executive
• Experience in administering a building contract/s of at least $100M (construction cost) would be an advantage
• Rail experience would be an advantage
• Experience in handling projects from design development to construction/completion
