Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a supervisory role in architectural works. Responsibilities include supervising all architectural works according to specifications, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring quality inspections on-site. • Ability to review project specifications and technical clarifications and identify drawings discrepancies.
• Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
• Close coordination and communication of work with managers, project staff, consultants and clients.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
