Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Drawing Manager to oversee the coordination of Shop drawings across trades. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry and proficiency in Autocad and Revit/BIM software. This role requires strong leadership skills and an understanding of local construction regulations to ensure compliance and effective project execution. Competitive salary in the range of $6,000 to $8,000 with additional variable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of experience in drawing coordination in the Singapore Construction Industry.
• Well-versed in Autocad, Revit/BIM software in Architectural/Structural/MEP.
• Experience in leading a team of coordinators and drafters.

Responsibilities

• Lead checking and coordination of Shop drawings with respective trades.
• Review project specifications, Shop drawings, and technical clarifications.
• Prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule.
