Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore seeks an experienced architect with a Master’s degree in Architecture. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in design and project management, be registered with the Board of Architects, and be familiar with industrial projects. Responsibilities include project brief formulation, team management, and ensuring timely project delivery. Proficiency in software such as BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and Lumion is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Master / Degree in Architecture or its equivalent.
  • Substantial experiences in architectural practice 8 years and above in design and managing projects.
  • Registered with the Board of Architects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
  • Support the overall management of projects together with Directors and Design Team.
  • Identify issues, risks, and conflicts and delegate as required.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation
  • Familiar with building regulations
  • Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Support the overall management of projects together with Directors and Design Team
  • Plan preparation & submission for planning and building plan clearances
  • Architectural details & specifications
  • Tender process
  • Contract and construction management
  • TOP & CSC procedures and completion/ handover of project
  • Work with consultants and project specialist with meet project needs
  • Meet clients to update on project progress and expectations.
  • Identify issues, risks and conflicts and delegate as required
  • Training and supervision of Junior Staff
Requirements
  • Master / Degree in Architecture or its equivalent
  • Substantial experiences in architectural practice 8 years and above in design and managing projects
  • Registered with the Board of Architects
  • Familiarize with Industrial Projects preferred
  • With hands-on experience as well as leading project team to deliver according to committed schedules
  • Familar with BIM (Revit), AutoCad, Lumion, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects & PhotoShop
