• Prepare functional and technical feasibility studies.

• Manage design development of the project.
• Assist in project management administration.

Job description

Responsibilities:

· Prepare functional and technical feasibility studies

· Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design

· Assist Team Lead with project management administration

· Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements

· Manage design development of the project

· Assist in the administration of business development by preparing pitching decks and researching tenders

· Work on computational design tools

Requirements:

· Globally recognised B.A./M.A. from a top-tier University in Architecture

· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3D modelling with Rhino and Grasshopper 3D

· Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning for architectural application will be a plus

· Good presentation and communication skills

· Willingness to learn new skills and with a research attitude

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

· Able/Willing to Travel
