Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Architect to assist with design and project administration. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and knowledgeable in Sketchup/REVIT, displaying a proactive and hardworking attitude. Responsibilities include assisting the Architect with daily functions, designs, and obtaining necessary authority approvals.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Sketchup/REVIT is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily function of an Architect in design.
• Assist in concept and schematic design stage.
• Submit and obtain required Authority Approval.

Job Description

• To assist in the daily function of an Architect in design; design development and administration of the Architectural projects.
• Assist the Architect in Concept and Schematic design stage including research; conceptualizing; presentation and design development of architectural projects.
• Assist the Architect in production of drawing for onward submission to Authority, and procurement of Contractor.
• Submit and obtain required Authority Approval under supervision of the Architect.
• Assist the Architect in administration of construction projects leading to its completion.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Able to work independently
• Well versed with AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Sketchup/ REVIT a strong advantage
• Good working attitude, proactive and hardworking.
