Job description

What the role is:

You will play an integral part in the physical and land use planning of new HDB towns/ estates and rejuvenation planning for existing estates. As an Architect in the Urban Planning Group, you will be responsible for the planning and urban design of HDB towns. You will work closely with stakeholders to realise the desired planning and urban design outcomes for the development and rejuvenation of HDB towns.

What you will be working on:

Your responsibilities include conceptualising and drawing up planning and urban design strategies and guidelines for implementation, master planning, conducting planning research/analysis, 3D simulation studies, and formulating/refining planning guidelines for facilities provision.

What we are looking for:

You should have a relevant background in Architecture, with the ability to work on complex projects at the urban scale. Those with relevant town planning experience would be advantageous, including relevant experience with ArcGIS Pro, and the knowledge and skill in applications of planning and data analytics. You should have strong design and communication skills, as well as excellent analytical and writing skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a team.
