Qualifications

• Relevant competence in protein chemistry and analytical chemistry for amino acid profiling.
• Experience with HPLC, MALDI-TOF, and Q-TOF mass spectrometry.
• Previous experience as lab-in-charge or equipment-in-charge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the research project with the Principal Investigator and team members.
• Lead and support publications to disseminate research outcomes.
• Plan and conduct experiments in the food pilot plant.
