Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite product application support to customer engineering/process teams.
• Develop strong technical relationship with direct customer interface.
• Resolve customer’s on-product related issues.
• Identify potential ASML application product opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis to ensure correct conclusions.
• Lead projects supporting customers on new technology nodes.
• Prepare technical presentations and maintain communication.
• Conduct onsite basic training.
• Weekly reporting of customer engagement status.
