Job summary

Job description

We are building a strong technology team to support and enhance our next‑generation, in‑house risk and analytics platforms. This team will provide L2/L3 support and take full ownership of the production environment across key business areas-including risk, analytics, trading, portfolio visualization, and market data.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor, automate, and respond rapidly to application and infrastructure alerts.
• Maintain system stability and ensure high availability of all applications under the team's scope, including cloud and infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Identify improvement opportunities, assess associated business risks, and help prioritize remediation activities.
• Coordinate outstanding issues with global teams and ensure proper follow‑through.
• Provide weekend and shift support when required for releases or critical meetings.
• Build deep subject matter expertise and become the primary point of contact for your domain.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Solid foundational understanding of Commodities products.
• Experience interacting with Portfolio Managers and Traders.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Unix/Shell scripting, and SQL.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools-such as Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, Maven, and AWS-is beneficial but not mandatory.
