• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,000 – $3,500 per month
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Support the sales process from enquiry to deal closure.
• Learn to analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable products or system solutions.
• Provide after-sales support and help resolve customer technical issues.
• Assist in preparing proposals, project documents, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Work closely with sales, fabrication, and vendors to support projects.
• Help maintain order files and track project progress.
• Learn about new products, processes, and technologies.
• Support the collection of client payments.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with qualifications in Engineering, Mechanical, or related fields are welcome.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and take on technical and sales challenges.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
