Job description

Reporting & Coordination

• Reporting & Coordination Work closely with the Product Manager, SEA (Gasket & Sealing), by providing regular and timely updates on all matters related to the product portfolio.

Global Collaboration

• Global Collaboration Engage with the Global Product Team on a monthly basis or as needed, ensuring that regional initiatives are aligned with global strategies and objectives.

Technical Support

• Technical Support Offer technical knowledge and assistance to the sales team and customers, ensuring accurate and prompt responses to all product-related inquiries and challenges.

Inventory Management

• Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels to support sales and operational requirements, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete items.

Business Implementation

• Business Implementation Assist in executing business strategies and sales plans developed by the management team, playing an active role in driving revenue and operational efficiency.

Site Support & Flexibility

• Site Support & Flexibility Attend site visits and support on-site activities as required. Must be flexible with working hours, particularly during critical phases of key projects.

Additional Duties

• Additional Duties Perform other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by your direct supervisor, in response to evolving business priorities.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product application, technical sales support, or inventory coordination—preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
• Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of gasket and sealing products, including specifications, applications, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is preferred.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Proficient in inventory data management, demand forecasting, and business planning with high attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Willing to work on-site when needed and adjust work hours during peak project periods.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems such as SAP B1 is a plus.
