Responsibilities

• To understand customer needs, challenges and goals related to automation products.
• Design, develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Provides pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support to customer including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and answering product‑related questions.
• Prepare technical proposal and product demonstration.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Project management and programming on automation products.

Skills

• A good foundation in relevant technical fields, such as software development, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering and a strong keen interest in automation.
• Ability to communicate and manage projects effectively, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to adapt and develop PLC and HMI program to customer’s requirements and technologies.
