Job description

We are hiring APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with below responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Data Vault 2.0 models, including hubs, links, satellites, and bridge tables.
• Define modeling standards, best practices, and ensure consistency across the data platform.
• Architect scalable and high-performance data models supporting analytics, reporting, and downstream systems.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure proper implementation of data pipelines based on the Data Vault framework.
• Lead and mentor an offshore team of data engineers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance, and remove blockers for the offshore team.
• Drive collaboration across data engineering, analytics, QA, and business teams.
• Act as the primary architectural advisor to client leadership and technical management.
• Present data architecture solutions, recommendations, and impact analysis to stakeholders.
• Consult and provide thought leadership on data modeling standards, integration approaches, and performance optimization.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure alignment of architecture with business goals, data governance policies, and compliance requirements.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, data dictionaries, and modeling blueprints.
