Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management/Lead , specifically within application and product management.
• Strong hands‑on understanding of relational databases, including: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL), or Sybase.
• Proficiency in programming and application development using: Java, J2EE and microservices.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify areas for improvement in product performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
