Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing in Java and relevant Cloud components to create customized solutions. Setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
• Define, communicate, and manage an agile-based change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
• Be a team player to deliver Engineering initiatives ranging from new modules, functionalities to improving existing features and workflows
• Strong business analysis and functional experience , including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
• Ensuring fast time to market, high-performance and scalable implementation that realize the overall ambition of business/digital transformation program.
• Building inter-team relationships needed to deliver multi-squad initiatives.
• Responsible to represent the Engineering target model architecture and design, providing best practice guidance and patterns to the implementation team.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Java and webservices development
• Exposure to Cloud infrastructure and related AWS Components like RDS, S3, KMS, AWS Secrets
• 6+ years development experience with a minimum of 4 years on Cloud-based development and deployment of solutions.
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset paired with strong communication skills.
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills and a high motivation to define process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environment
• Preferably experienced in integration of cloud-based enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
