Responsibilities

• Identify and articulate customer needs and potential needs using consulting method.
• Understand customer's requirements and visualize to-be business operation image / data flow image / by utilizing consultation and design skills.
• Provide technical advice, best practices.
• Responsible to determine problems and provide solutions to identify that arise.
• Create documents about the system requirements and explain to the developers.
• Reveiew and check quality of the outcomes from the developers.
• Support team members when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and understand the waterfall and agile development method.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
• Consulting skill and experience.
• Microsoft product skill, sucn as Dynamics or Power Platform is essential. Design skill in general, Programing skill(any), Testing skill (test plan, familier with test methodology) also required.
• Analytical skill, problem solving skill, documentation and reporting skill. ( BPMN skill will be an added advantage)
• Pro-active and keen to explore Enterprise Solutions, Software & Technology.
• Project management skill ( small, midium size.. Less than 10). Detail-oriented and ability to plan, organized, and structure work.
• Experience in Enterprise Solutions (e.g. Workflow, App Development, RPA, Power Platform, Cloud Experience, Project Management, etc) will be an added advantage.
