A media technology company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to support and manage enterprise applications. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, providing L2/L3 application support, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring application performance. Candidates should possess strong experience with commercial off-the-shelf applications, requirements analysis, SQL, and relevant degree. Preferable skills include knowledge of ERP, cloud-based applications, and IT service management practices.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for enterprise applications.
Configure, customize, and support business applications to meet organizational needs.
Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
Work closely with development teams to define solution designs and enhancements.
Coordinate application testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Manage application deployments, upgrades, patches, and release activities.
Ensure application performance, availability, and data integrity.
Prepare user guides, functional documentation, and conduct end-user training.
Support integration of applications with other systems using APIs or middleware.
Liaise with vendors, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders.
Strong experience supporting enterprise or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications.
Experience with requirements analysis, functional design, and solution documentation.
Working knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
Understanding of application architecture, integrations, and workflows.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management).
Familiarity with SDLC and application lifecycle management.
Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or industry-specific applications.
Exposure to cloud-based applications (SaaS platforms).
Knowledge of API integrations, middleware, or ETL tools.
Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Relevant application or platform certifications are an advantage.
