Job description

Technical Design and Documentation

• Create detailed tech packs with technical sketches, construction notes and measurement specifications.
• Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for every style.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with design intent and production requirements.

Product Development

• Manage development for knitted, woven and sweater products across multiple categories such as womenswear, menswear, sportswear and kidswear.
• Translate design concepts into production-ready specifications.
• Oversee sampling to ensure accuracy, fit and finish meeting brand standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the key link between design, merchandising, sourcing and production teams.
• Communicate clearly to ensure seamless handoff from concept to manufacturing.
• Resolve technical or construction challenges efficiently.

Fit and Quality Assurance

• Conduct fit sessions to evaluate garment balance, proportion and comfort.
• Ensure production meets measurement tolerances and quality standards.
• Review pre-production and shipment samples to maintain consistency.

Factory and Vendor Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison with overseas factories.
• Provide visual and technical guidance to ensure accurate execution of design and construction.
• Monitor production timelines, troubleshoot issues and ensure on-time delivery.
