A leading data center operations company in Singapore is seeking an Associate Vice President – Operational Strategy & Planning. This key role focuses on driving strategic financial planning, business performance management, and operational alignment across APAC. The candidate will partner with finance teams and corporate leadership, leveraging data to ensure execution of growth and profitability goals. A strong background in financial management and data center operations is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in FP&A, ideally in technology or real estate.
• Proven track record in multi-entity financial management across APAC.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the annual operating plan and strategic forecast.
• Design performance dashboards covering revenue and operational KPIs.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and support multi-site expansion.
