Job summary

A global leader in motion and fluid control technologies based in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Regional Finance Business Partner. This role encompasses driving financial strategies, managing reporting and budgeting, and improving internal control systems. Candidates should possess a recognized degree in accounting or finance and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred due to interactions with Chinese-speaking counterparts.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a similar role with a strong track record in financial management.
• Regional experience partnering with business leaders is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial planning analysis.
• Perform pricing, costing and margin analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive financial strategies.
• Drive improvements in internal control systems.
• Evaluate potential investments and M&A opportunities.
