About the Role

Our client, a leading name in it's industry, is seeking a highly driven APAC Marketing Manager to lead brand presence, consumer engagement, and market growth across Asia Pacific. This is a strategic and hands‑on role, ideal for a marketer with strong regional expertise, deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, and the ability to drive brand desirability across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for APAC to strengthen brand equity and desirability.
  • Localize global brand guidelines into effective regional campaigns that resonate with diverse APAC markets.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Design and cascade luxury marketing campaigns and activations frameworks and structures across the region.
Campaign Management
  • Oversee 360° marketing campaigns—including retail activations, digital, PR, events, and product launches.
  • Ensure consistent and premium brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with global HQ to align on creative direction, assets, and campaign timelines.
Events & Omnichannel Activation
  • Partner closely with sales team to roll out exclusive brand activations and client engagement private events.
  • Work with partners to drive activation calendars, pop‑ups, boutique events, and client‑centric initiatives.
Market Insights & Business Partnership
  • Track market trends, competitive movements, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a key business partner to country teams, ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution.
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage local market marketers/agencies across the region.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (global, merchandising, e‑commerce, PR) to ensure cohesive brand execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of regional marketing experience—with at least 3 years in luxury fashion, beauty, watches/jewellery, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering 360° marketing campaigns across multiple APAC markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital, CRM, and omnichannel marketing in a luxury environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation.
