About the Role

We’re looking for an APAC Marketing Brand Operations Manager to join our regional marketing team in Singapore. This role is the control tower for APAC brand operations owning timelines, orchestrating creative workflows, and delivering executive‑ready presentations that keep leadership informed and campaigns on track. Key Responsibilities
  • Timeline Management: Build and maintain APAC campaign calendars, manage critical paths, and ensure on‑time delivery of seasonal launches and global activations.
  • Creative Traffic Control: Act as the central routing point for briefs and assets, managing prioritization and SLAs across internal creative teams and agency partners.
  • Executive Communication: Design and deliver high‑impact PowerPoint decks for leadership meetings, translating complex plans into clear, visual narratives.
  • Campaign Operations: Oversee toolkit delivery, asset distribution, and compliance with global brand guidelines across APAC markets.
  • Process Governance: Establish ways of working, approval flows, and operational frameworks to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Performance Tracking: Consolidate operational KPIs and post‑campaign retros to identify improvements and optimize workflows.
  • Budget Tracking: Support Marketing Leadership track budget spends
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand operations, project management, or creative production (fashion/retail/FMCG preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders across markets.
  • Advanced PowerPoint / Keynotes skills with a strong sense of visual storytelling and design.
  • Experience in traffic management and creative workflow orchestration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Airtable) is a plus.
