Job summary

A leading event production company in Singapore is seeking a Technology Operations Lead to manage and enhance event production services across the Asia-Pacific region. This critical role ensures seamless execution of live hybrid and virtual events by overseeing technical teams, planning logistics, and evaluating new technologies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in event production and broadcast operations, complemented by strong technical skills in A/V systems and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Production or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in event production, broadcast operations or multimedia technology leadership.
• Proven track record of managing live broadcast or enterprise-level event environments across multiple regions.
• Strong technical background in A/V systems, signal flow, streaming platforms and event control-room operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration or streaming platforms like Zoom, Kaltura or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with experience supporting senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a regional team to deliver high-quality live events and studio productions.
• Plan technical delivery of meetings, live webcasts, town halls ensuring flawless execution.
• Act as show-lead during events, directing production flow and issue resolution.
• Partner with teams to align on event objectives and logistical requirements.
• Manage scheduling, equipment readiness and pre-event testing.
• Evaluate new A/V and streaming technologies to meet standards.
• Establish incident management processes for live events.
• Provide strategic input on event technology planning and best practices.
