Job summary

A multinational company in Singapore is seeking an IT Manager to support their Asia Pacific operations. This role involves providing IT support, overseeing network infrastructure, and leading information security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in IT or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in end-user support and network administration. Experience in Japanese companies is a plus. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in end-user support and network administration.
• Experience in basic security operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 end-user IT support including onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage IT service levels, vendors, audits, and documentation.
• Oversee office and regional network infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance network performance and security.
• Lead and support information security initiatives and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with headquarters to ensure compliance with group IT standards.
