Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Japanese for business communication.
• 3–5 years experience in IT/Security in a multi-site or group environment.
• Exposure to M365/Entra ID/Intune/EDR, IAM, and ITGC/J-SOX.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen governance and deliver implementation support for APAC subsidiaries.
• Establish group IT/Security baselines and manage policy gap/delta management.
• Build dashboards and produce bilingual SOPs.
