Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Singapore is hiring a Management Reporting & Compensation Control Analyst (Manager/AVP). The role focuses on regional compensation control, including front-office bonus calculations and management reporting. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with 4 - 8 years of experience in finance or management reporting. Experience with PeopleSoft and in the APAC region is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 - 8 years’ experience in finance or management reporting.
• APAC regional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the APAC Financial Controller and senior management with financial analysis and reporting.
• Produce daily and monthly performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Manage front-office bonus calculations, accruals, and payouts with HR and business leaders.
• Deliver monthly budget vs actual analysis and management reports.
• Support COO-led initiatives, including new products and regional expansion.
• Partner with APAC and global stakeholders to provide financial insight.
