Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Animal Feed Assistant and Senior Animal Feed Assistant in preparing the food for animals and performing food quality check.
  • Prepare the diets formulated by Wildlife Nutritionist.
  • Diets are precisely prepared based on the correct items, weight and quantity on the diet sheets.
  • Follow all existing SOPs while performing food preparation, including wearing personal‑protective equipment (PPE) and work safety.
  • Practice good kitchen hygiene to minimize poor quality risks.
  • Understand the quality check procedure and standards, reject food when it does not meet our requirement or pose quality issues.
  • Report to supervisor of food quality issues.
