Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist with patient registration and data entry, support doctors and nurses, and handle phone inquiries. This role requires a minimum N Level education, with no prior experience needed as training will be provided. Working hours are 5.5 days with half-day on Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least N Level education.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and provide information.

Salary:

Working Hours:

5.5 Days, Office Hours

Every Saturday – Half Day

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling of future appointments
  • Registration of patients
  • Assisting the doctors and nurses in basic medical care if needed
  • Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system
  • Handling phone calls and enquires and providing information
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
