Job description

We’re hiring an Android Engineering Manager to lead the mobile team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical hands‑on experience and proven leadership in product focused environments

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow the mobile engineering team, ensuring technical designs are well aligned to the overall architecture as well as to business
• Getting hands dirty by being hands‑on with code rollouts as well as with third‑party integrations
• Working closely with the product leads, designers and engineering teams to drive solutions and ensuring excellent communication across multiple stakeholders within the organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Technical hands‑on experience with Kotlin, Java, GCP/AWS
• Minimally 8 years of software engineering experience and preferably at least 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Hands‑on experience with third‑party hardware integrations
• Having strong hands‑on exposure to Cloud infrastructure would be critical
