Responsibilities

• Design and document scientific experiments to support MS&T objectives.
• Conduct small- and pilot-scale experiments for technology transfer.
• Perform studies focused on process development and optimization.
• Conduct investigative testing for deviation analyses.
• Create and maintain laboratory procedures; assess new technologies.
• Assist in the maintenance of laboratory instruments and related documentation.
• Support MS&T upstream and analytical projects as needed.
• Manage procurement and inventory of laboratory materials.
• Adhere to GxP regulations and SOPs in laboratory operations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, conduct, analyze, and document scientific experiments to support the overall strategies and objectives of MS&T.
• Develop, plan, and carry out small- and pilot-scale experiments to facilitate technology transfer and lifecycle management of downstream processes.
• Design and perform studies focused process development, characterization, and optimization.
• Conduct investigative testing to aid in deviation and root cause analyses.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of laboratory procedures and assess new technologies and equipment.
• Assist in the qualification, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments, including related change controls, documentation, and scheduling.
• Provide support to MS&T upstream and analytical laboratory projects as needed.
• Manage procurement and inventory of laboratory materials, including chemicals and consumables.
• Adhere to all relevant GxP regulations, SOPs, HSE standards, and policies in laboratory operations.
