Responsibilities

• Preparation of transaction marketing materials.
• Actively involved in transactional deal execution.
• Conduct IPO and M&A due diligence work and other assigned transactions.
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses using various methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and Banking or a related field.
• Self-motivated team player, willing to take initiative, strong problem-solving skills.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with Chinese counterparts).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
