Overview

You are to design, implement, and optimize integrated systems for Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) for VSMC development factory, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational performance.

Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated systems that optimize workflow efficiency and facilitate seamless data exchange between departments.
• Operate and maintain daily operations of XMS (Transaction Management System) and MCS (Material Control System), ensuring smooth and efficient system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AHMS software performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse business requirements and generate detailed technical specifications for AHMS software based on the identified needs.
• Develop scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant software solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure to enhance overall system performance.
• Work closely with vendors and hardware engineers to ensure software compatibility with AHMS equipment and systems.

Requirements

• Experience with automation machines from Daifuku and Muratec.
• Skilled in writing clean, maintainable code in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, HTML5, SQL, or VBA.
• Background in system infrastructure architecture is preferred, especially with experience in VMware, Linux/MS solutions, Nginx, and K8s/Docker.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities to meet business needs.
• Strong team player with the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
