• AirportOperations Officer
• Be part of our airport operations team!
• As an AirportOperations Officer, you support the airline’s daily airport operations by ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient passenger and flight handling for both departure and arrival flights. You will be involved in passenger services, baggage coordination, flight operations support, terminal‑side operational activities, and flight safety support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in, boarding, arrival assistance, and terminal guidance.
• Support baggage services and coordinate with ground handling teams for departure and arrival flights.
• Assist in daily flight operations, including delays, disruptions, and irregular operations.
• Support flight safety and operational safety in accordance with airline and airport procedures.
• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs when required.
• Liaise with airport stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth terminal operations.
• Perform operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Polytechnic graduate (any discipline)
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
