Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking dedicated individuals for customer service roles at Changi Airport, Singapore. You'll be responsible for providing excellent service at check-in and boarding, assisting passengers with documents, and ensuring smooth airport operations. Candidates must be able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and a Diploma is required. Previous experience in airport or customer-facing roles is a plus.   • Provide friendly, professional service at check-in, boarding, and arrival.
  • Assist with check-in, seats, boarding passes, baggage, and flight info.
  • Guide passengers on gates and airport facilities.
  • Support passengers needing special assistance.
  • Verify travel documents and follow airline/immigration rules.
  • Coordinate with airline and airport teams for smooth operations.
  • Handle lost baggage and passenger feedback politely.
  • Follow safety, security, and data protection (PDPA) guidelines.
