Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare inflight meal carts as per airline requirements.
• Perform checks on collected items and confirm on Infolog.
• Ensure all items are compliant with the Equipment Load Plan.
• Coordinate with Catering Control for adjustments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Load and unload Catering items from the aircraft.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
