Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, inspections, minor cleaning, assembly/disassembly, and troubleshooting in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals and company procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders to support the production schedule at the cell level.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and support teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Accurately update and manage repair cost estimates.
- Proficiently use measuring tools including torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, and bore/depth gauges.
- Ensure compliance with all Environment, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain strict compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements, particularly in the areas of Ethics, EHS, and International Trade Compliance.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of aviation maintenance experience,
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Aerospace disciplines).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service documents.
- Strong computer skills (SAP knowledge preferred).
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Candidates without prior aviation experience are welcome to apply—training will be provided for junior roles.
