• Working hours: 5.5 Days (Monday-Friday: Normal working hours), Saturday WFH

Job Scope

\

\
• Supervise a small team, ensure shipments are arranged on time, maintain compliance with trade regulations, and support smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
\
• Supervise dailyexport, and transshipment operations
\
• Mentor and manage a small team of freight staff
\
• Coordinate with internal teams: sales, finance, and warehouse
\
• Handle client and vendor communications; resolve service issues
\
• Negotiate freight rates and agreements with vendors and business partners
\
• Ensure accurate shipment documentation and compliance with regulations
\
• Monitor operational KPIs and suggest process improvements

\

Requirement

\

\
• NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
\
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
\
• Possess Certified Customs Declarant or Dangerous Goodscertification will be advantageous
