Job summary

A technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced AI Developer to design and train machine learning and deep learning models for geospatial applications. Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and train machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models for geospatial applications.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI techniques and academic publications to integrate cutting‑edge concepts into commercial products.
• Collaborate closely with product, business development, and sales teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
• Work with the software engineering team to deploy and integrate AI algorithms into geospatial system products.
• Provide technical support and expertise during pre‑sales and post‑sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AI or machine learning development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML/DL libraries such as OpenCV, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with Flask, Node.js, or similar frameworks, and experience with containerization for rapid prototyping and deployment.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), retrieval optimization, or graph databases is a strong advantage.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a results‑oriented mindset.
