What You Will Do
  • Build and maintain the core infrastructure powering our AI Agent framework — from runtime orchestration to memory and tool integrations.
  • Collaborate with product and hardware teams to bring new AI‑driven features to life across innovative software and hardware products.
  • Lead migration of legacy systems into the new Agent framework, ensuring performance, reliability, and compatibility.
  • Develop and optimize pipelines for real‑time inference, agent coordination, and human‑AI interaction.
  • Contribute to technical design reviews, internal SDKs, and developer tools that make our agent ecosystem easier to build on.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look For
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in backend or AI‑related engineering roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or Go, with solid understanding of async systems, microservices, and API design.
  • Experience working with at least two of: Redis, Kafka, gRPC, WebSocket, LangChain/Dify/LangGraph‑style frameworks.
  • Practical knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar).
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills across distributed, cross‑functional teams.
