We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and build intelligent, agent-driven AI solutions for financial and wealth management use cases. This role focuses on prompt engineering, LangChain, and modern agentic AI frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI applications deployed on cloud platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop agentic AI applications with a strong focus on prompt engineering, LangChain, and agent-based AI frameworks.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions using Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Integrate and deploy AI models on cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on Azure-based services.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure production-grade quality.
• Enhance and optimize existing AI solutions while exploring emerging AI technologies to improve business outcomes and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and domain experts within financial and wealth management.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, including designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for LLM-based applications (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and agentic AI frameworks for building AI workflows and autonomous agents (mandatory).
• Solid programming skills in Python, particularly for AI and ML development.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing AI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of AI lifecycle management, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC best practices, secure coding standards, code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience or strong exposure to financial services or wealth management domains is highly desirable.
