We’re hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI agents that run real business workflows.

This role is about owning workflows end-to-end — from trigger → decision → action → feedback — and shipping systems that teams actually use.

Not research. Not demos. Production AI with measurable impact.

Build Agentic AI Systems

• Build AI agents that can plan, decide, and act
• Implement tool usage, memory, retries, and human-in-the-loop when needed
• Design single-agent and multi-agent systems

Own AI Workflows

• Map real business workflows and automate them with AI
• Design triggers, decision points, guardrails, and escalation paths
• Improve workflows based on real usage and outcomes
• Examples:
  • Marketing execution and performance analysis
  • Customer support triage and escalation
  • Ops exception handling and recommendations
  • Retail or business performance insights
• Ship to Production

Ship to Production

• Deploy AI workflows into live systems
• Integrate with internal tools (CRM, Slack, dashboards, databases)
• Ensure reliability, logging, and safety

Measure & Improve

• Track workflow success (time saved, accuracy, cost, ROI)
• Optimize prompts, models, tools, and system design
• Remove or redesign workflows that don’t work

Requirements

• Strong Python skills
• Hands‑on experience building agentic AI systems
• Experience deploying AI into production
• Familiarity with:
  • LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Tool/function calling
  • RAG and vector databases
• Comfortable owning problems end‑to‑end

Nice to Have

• Multi‑agent experience
• Workflow orchestration tools (e.g. LangGraph, Temporal, Zapier)
• Startup or fast‑growth environment experience
• Experience in ops, e‑commerce, or retail
