About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large‑scale programs that protect our platform and community. In this role, you will design and scale moderation workflows, ensuring policies are translated into effective, compliant, and globally scalable processes. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and deliver impactful initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, a strong understanding of moderation systems, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational challenges in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Support TikTok age assurance ecosystem projects by improving the overall effectiveness and outcomes of the ecosystem through moderation strategies and operational mechanisms.
• Manage age moderation projects, design reasonable strategies and goals based on business expectations, and work together with upstream and downstream stakeholders to promote the timely implementation of projects and achieve targets.
• Monitor key metrics of projects, deep dive on abnormal fluctuation, identify pain points, make resolution plans with all stakeholders and resolve top issues thoroughly.
• Evaluate and manage external age verification vendors, driving end‑to‑end integration with internal systems to ensure seamless user experience, data compliance, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years of experience in operations, trust & safety, or program management.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in youth/teen safety programs.
• Familiarity with global privacy and age‑related regulations.
• Experience managing third‑party verification vendors or large‑scale operational systems.
