Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring proactive and efficient account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while facilitating collaboration across departments.
- Support bid preparation efforts, contributing to successful customer engagements.
- Provide strategic insights to optimize revenue in alignment with existing business models.
- Work closely with global accounts, participating in operational reviews and KPI evaluations.
- Assist the global operations team by providing troubleshooting support and guidance.
- Escalate and resolve customer issues promptly within established timeframes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, billing, and operations, to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while promoting best practices.
- Support vendor sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
