• Recommend services and treatments to patients, based on their needs and doctors' input.
• Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
• Understand patient's skin conditions and skin concerns.
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality.
• Work together with Management and Aesthetic Doctors to achieve company goals
• Monitor and evaluate ways to meet monthly outlet sales targets
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, and cashiering.
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality
• Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers.
• Provide advice on procedure downtime, pre-and post-care guide
• Work with management to come out with company strategies.
• Clinic location in East Coast.
• Clinic Consultant: Basic + Commission + Allowance (In Total up from $4,600)
• Clinic Manager (Consultant): Basic + Commission + Allowance (In Total up from $5,500)

Requirements:

• Experience must be in an Aesthetic Clinic or beauty salon
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
